- Comment: Earlier I took homeo treatment for piles but it didn't work. I have taken medicine from many places to reduce the pain of piles and used many ointments. Later, I found a piles specialist doctor in Dhaka and found Sir and Alhamdulillah he is now healthy with treatment from Sir. He provides non-operative piles treatment if you can get treatment at the initial stage of your problem otherwise surgery may be required but nothing to worry about. The operation is not very painful and you will recover within 5-7 days after the operation. He will also tell you what to do after piles operation.
